Kera offers anxiety support which allows users to have anxiety and stress relief prior and after an appointment. Users can either talk to a virtual assistant to reduce their anxiety or follow common suggestions provided by Kera.

The backend of our app adopts AI-powered personalisation. The AI recommends doctors based on user preferences and medical history, summarizes doctor visits, sends medication reminders, offers chat support in the waiting room, provides initial medical diagnoses, and follows up post-appointment to address any additional concerns.
